Director - Health Operations

Mr. Selvin Prasad is the Director of Health Operations for EqualMed in Fiji. His journey with EqualMed commenced in 2017 as a volunteer unloading the 20-foot container of medical supplies. His volunteering transitioned into serving as the communication channel between EqualMed, the Ministry of Health, and healthcare facilities throughout Fiji. Selvin selflessly commits himself to managing the logistics and deploying medical supplies and equipment since 2020 due to Covid-19 mandated travel restrictions. 

Selvin is a devoted Christian and believes in helping those in need. He is an assistant lecturer at The University of the South Pacific in the School of Accounting and Finance. Mr. Prasad has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance), Post Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching, Post Graduate Diploma Commerce, and Master of Commerce by research in accounting. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in accounting.
